Anyone's life can change in an instant. The change may be for the better or for the worse and there are many different situations that can lead up to or cause this change. A 20-year-old resident of South Carolina has experienced this type of change first hand. After an accident that occurred while he was driving his vehicle at around 1:00 a.m. he was charged with two counts of felony DUI. According to reports, this 20-year-old man was driving westbound. He attempted to pass another vehicle and ultimately the two cars collided. The other vehicle had three individuals traveling inside of it. The 19-year-old driver suffered fatal injuries as a result of the accident. The two passengers suffered injuries and were transported to a hospital for treatment. Their current condition is unknown.
The 20-year-old driver who is suspected of driving while intoxicated is now facing charges for two counts of felony DUI.
